Our Story
Todd Williams, the owner and founder of Interchange Arms, worked in the machining industry for 40+ years and in several shops, where he learned and mastered the art of crafting metal. After countless hours of swing and graveyard shifts, he set out to build a company built on ethics, quality, and precision. In 1991, the shop started out with a couple machines in the back of a warehouse and grew into a full-service CNC mold/machine shop. With the combination of quality employees and a variety of machinery, our manufacturing capabilities serve many different industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and others.

In 2013, we had the opportunity to begin building firearm components. Todd’s two sons, who help him operate the machine shop, have always been passionate about firearms, from hunting and target shooting to having a great appreciation for the Second Amendment. This is where ICA was born.
We now produce a large variety of firearm components as well as complete guns. Our team of engineers, machinists, and gunsmiths has spent many hours at the drawing board and the range to build high-quality guns for our customers. We pride ourselves on our unique in-house designs that are both precise and robust.

ICA’s team has well over 100 years of combined experience in manufacturing and firearms. Our lead gunsmith earned his degree as an associate of applied science in gunsmithing and professionally restores firearms. He served in the armed forces, where he was also a firearms instructor.
