Warranty, Return, & Refund Policy

Warranty Policy

Lifetime warranty on ICA products. We do NOT warranty other manufacturers' products. If you have a problem with your firearm please contact us at service@interchangearms.com or call (435) 563-1110 for customer support.

 

We do NOT warranty abused or neglected Items.

 

Exchange Policy

We do NOT offer an exchange policy, with one exception, if ICA has sent you the incorrect item from your order we will happily send you the correct item, upon the return of the incorrect item.

 

Un-returnable Items

Firearms and Lower Receiver sales are FINAL. When you receive the firearm at the FFL dealer, please inspect it carefully before filling out the transfer paperwork. If defects are found prior to the paperwork process the firearm is eligible for return. Once the paperwork is completed and the firearm is transferred to you, the sale is final. 

 

All apparel sales are final and non-returnable/refundable.

 

All other items are eligible for return. Products must be in new and original manufacturer condition to qualify for a refund.

 

Other Return Information

If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 15 days of arrival at the FFL, including failed background check, not legally allowed to own, refusal to pick up or any other reason the transaction is not completed, then the transaction will be canceled. Interchange arms will process a cancellation and return of the product, minus any fees, a $30 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.

 

Return Process

  • Click Contact on the menu bar. Enter your request in and please include your order # and product description. Please give a detailed explanation of the problem you are having.

  • One of our agents will review your request and respond to you quickly.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to a refund being issued.

  • All products must be in new and original manufacturer condition to qualify for a refund.

If part is not defective customer will NOT be reimbursed for shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee

 

Return Processing

Most returns are refunded within 5-7 business days. It may take longer for the credit to appear on your account depending on your banking institution.

Returns will be charged back to the original credit card used for the purchase. If this is no longer possible please contact us and we will coordinate an alternate refund option.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, ICA will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receival of the damaged or defective item. If you have received an incorrect item, ICA will send you the correct item upon receival of the incorrect item. ICA will send you a return shipping label for the return. 

 

Shipping Costs

If an ICA error is the cause for the return we will pay the associated shipping costs. Otherwise the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance. ICA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Interchange Arms reserves the right to limit or refuse a refund or return.
