ICA will ship your item within 2 business days unless the item is out of stock.

Please also note that some items are high demand, hard to obtain, or one-of-a-kind, so ICA reserves the right to cancel your order should an item not be available to ship.

We do not guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact (damaged goods are reported to the carrier). We do insure the contents against loss and damage.

We will not charge your credit card until your product ships, except for special pre-ordered items, and all NFA (Class 3) Items. For all special pre-ordered items, credit cards will be billed at the time the items are ordered. For all NFA (Class 3) Items, credit cards will be billed at the time all NFA/ATF forms are completed and mailed.

All merchandise and handguns will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. All long guns, SBRs, and larger AR pistols will be shipped Fed-Ex Ground. Faster shipping options are available upon request. The customer is responsible for obtaining a shipping quote for all faster methods of shipping before the order is placed.

We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially during the weekend, we may not get your order shipped until the next business day. Please be assured that we will ship your items as soon as possible.

Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered, ICA will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 15 days of receipt. We cannot replace products that have been used. If the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

Special Order Items may not be returned.

 

In the event a firearm is purchased, and if you are a resident of one of the following: NEW YORK, HAWAII, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW JERSEY, WASHINGTON D.C., AND THE CITY OF CHICAGO, your FFL Holder will be required to submit a signed letter to us stating that the firearm is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to make sure this has been completed by the receiving FFL Holder. This MUST be done prior to the shipping of your firearm. All FFL licenses are verified at atfonline.gov before shipping any firearm.
